White brined goat’s milk cheese

Made from fresh Bulgarian goat`s milk using modern technology. The cheese has matured for a minimum of 60 days. This is a full-bodied milk product suitable for a wide range of customers of all ages who strive for environmentally friendly and healthy lifestyle.

The product was made in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices and the requirements of the HACCP system.

The product is compliant to the requirements of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 and the Food Act, and no vegetable fats have been used in its manufacturing.

Types of packagers - rectangular block form: Tin, 14 kg, 6 kg, 4 kg and 0.900 kg; Plastic box, 8 kg and 4 kg; Vacuum pack, 0.200 kg, 0.400 kg and 0.700 kg.

Types of packagers - cylindrical block form: Tin, 5 kg; Plastic box, 3 kg; Vacuum pack, ~ 0.200 kg and ~ 0.400 kg.
